7 months old!

SO BIG!!!!

-Play with the dog, thinks its funny to try to get his toys and watch Router take them from her
and throw them aroud that makes us laugh!
-Crawl!! We can now crawl on our hands and knees, not all the time but we can.
-Pick up snacks with our fingers
-Play with Router, there BFF's

- Grab toes- mine and hers
- Starting get my teeth
-BABBLES alot!!

-Favorite toys are my baby dolls (such a girl)

Everyday is a new adventure with her, I can't believe how time flies!!! 4 months she will be turning one, crazy to even think about. I love every moment I get to spend with her. Her smile melts my heart!! We love you Kairi

Up we go

Guess who is pulling herself up on things?

I only placed her in her crib while I was getting her things together to get her to bed and plop there she goes pulled herself up on her crib.... so then I spent the next 30 min lowering her mattress so she couldn't fall out. Do you know how hard it is to do that by yourself??? GEEZ I had her whole room torn up so I could turn her crib on its side to get the mattress lowered. My baby is growing up so fast. Today she crawled over to kelly on the couch and pulled herself up on the couch!!! MAN she is getting so big and smart and I love it. I love watching her do new things, I love watching her try new things, and I laugh when she can't do things. Its so fun to see her grow up, sad yes casue I love her so small! But this is a fun age, we play and laugh and roll around and chase the dog and eat treats all day I LOVE IT!!

Swimming

I do love doing the "Firsts" with Kairi......

For her first time swimming she actually did okay. the first initial shock of the water, noise, new place, weird people, water all over she only cried a little bit. Getting into the water she cried a little, okay so the entire time she didn't even crack a smile, and if you let go of her just a little she would get very upset adn cry...but we had fun it was a nice break for all of us!

Kelly has the worst timing on taking pictures... the others ones of me and her wern't that great either. I was trying to get her attention to the camera...she didn't care she was so scared!!

She was okay at the edge of the pool, she thought the grates felt cool. Maybe cause she playes with our vents at home (they make really cool noises when you run your finger along them)

Her swimming suit cracks me up it was a present from her cousin Sydnee

And then I had to throw this one in, I don't even remember what I was feeding her...some sort of fruit...but I loved it all over her face, and so did she!!

GO GREEN

Yes you see that right.. those are GREEN THINGS growing in my flower bed. These little things brought me such joy. Im so over winter (even though we are supposed to get 3-4 inches tonight) I am over it!!! So I ask you 3 little questions?

1. Whats the point of winter if I can't go skiing?
2. Whats the point of winter if I can't go skiing?

Yeah can't answer them can you - therefore I am ready for spring to be here. Good thing its going to be spring officially on March 20th!! Thats only 23 days away!!!! COME ON GO GREEN WITH ME!!!

Winter is hard, so couped up in the house, so little vitamin D and these past couple of weeks have been HORRIBLE!!!
As some of you may know I am a avid gymster, or runner, or pretty much working out. I worked out my entire pregnancy and enjoy it very much. But after having Kairi I found that finding time to do that kind of stuff was a dime a dozen. Well I started to do some workout videos at home. I had to do something I was going crazy!! I was getting into a pretty good routine, put kairi to bed and go downstairs and work out for 45 min to an hour. I was feeling pretty good, and my legs started to hurt in places I don't remember them hurting!! Then it all came to a crashing end........
I play in a co-ed soccer league and one day at a soccer game I was chasing this guy that had the ball and some how we tangles, and I landed on the ground...right on my knee. I had scrapes on both knees on my side and I was in pain. so for 2 weeks now I haven't been able to do anything!!! for a week I was lucky I got around more like hobbled around. I can now walk again, but some times my knee wigs out and I get shooting pains run all over my knee. I get so hesitant just walking up and down my stairs Im afraid of the pain. IT SUCKS!!!!!! I don't have a stress relieve anymore, I can't get my heart rate up, get my endorphines moving, and its cold and yucky outside today..... winter blows. My knee better get better really fast I have this huge itch to go running and I need it. Swimming even hurt..... *sigh* GO GREEN thats my new motto...I need it. So thank you little green plant for making this girl happy. The simple things in life....

February

Its now February - I am going to try to keep up on my blogging. If only I can stay away from plants vs. aliens long enough curse that addicting game. I blame my friends boy Kaden for telling me about the game. I will try to be better at blogging... atleast I take picutes of our live so when I do get to blogging I have things to show for it. Our live is simple, and not very exciting, we do weird and crazy things like wax our nose hairs. But this is our life and we try to have fun and make the best out of everything. I am so greatful for a wonderful husband that works so hard and takes what I give him, I know I can be difficult to live with but he puts up with me. I love Kairi and love watching her grow and learn new things - I do pray everynight that we both get sleep. But I love her and hope I am doing the best I can to be a good Mom. Still trying to fit my life into her live... 6 months you think I would have gotten a hang of it, but I haven't - I to have my hard days. But I love what I have! So Happy February and here is to keeping up with blogging and my "journaling"

Im going to start doing planks everyday with Kairi - we are going to have rock hard abs, just in time for bathing suit time!

You would have a hard time blogging if this is what you had to play with everyday. I love her and that smile. She actually smiled at the camera today, thats another feat today. She is turning into my child. I try to teach her all I know and do.

She hadn't had a nap all day (due to her lack of sleeping she does as of late) so she was so tired but we were there and had planned to get a haircut no matter what. Her hair isn't in her eyes anymore and she doesn't have those "wings" on the side of her head. She looks cute, even though she looked cute before. I tried to clip her hair back out of her eyes; man you would have thought I was beating the child she screamed so hard. That is when I decided it was time for a haircut.

Waxing

Im sorry this is the funniest picture ever!!

My sister in law waxed Kellys nose hairs. I hate those old man hairs that stick out of your nose... so I had Kelly wax them. He wasn't to sure about it, and once the stick with wax was put in his nose he had to sneeze...hence the face. Watching him pull it was even funnier. I have a video of that but it has a hard time loading on here. Oh man such good fun times. Now he is clean as a whistle!

The doctor said she has a big brain... in turn that means Kairi you have a big head!

She is getting more and more fun everyday!! She loves to be on the floor that way she can scoot around. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth but hasn't made that crawlign motion yet... more of a scoot with her hands but she is a quick one. She does alot of planks, get on her hands and toes and sits in a plank position and babbles to herself. She is so much fun, now if only we can get her to nap for more than 15 min a day... and sleep the entire night through. I have my rough days where I just cry out of exhaustion because she wont sleep, or doesn't want to go to sleep. Any suggestions let me know.
But she is a joy in our/my life. I couldn't ask for a better girl than her. She makes me smile and laugh everyday. I am truly blessed to be her mom.

JAZZ = TV

So I wanted to get this all blogged in January... you know at least the month when i all happened... yeah well now its February and Im just getting to things that happened in the middle of the month. I suck at this!!
Anyway... JAZZ game baby!!

So my grandpa had told Kelly and I one day when we went to go visit that he had free jazz tickets if we wanted them - can't pass that up. It happened to be on a day that Kelly actually had the day off. So we decided we had better go, I actually had thought about not going - but I decided we needed a day out. My mom had volunteered to take Kairi at the last minute which turned out to be a blessing. Kairi gets really upset at loud yelling or screaming...and we did a lot of that at the game! Well when we got to the game my Grandpa had our tickets so we found him and he told us we were really lucky tonight because when he went to go exchange the voucher the guy had given us LOWER BOWL seating. We were on row 27... it was simply amazing. All the games I have ever been to we were CLEAR at the tip top... like 4 row from the cealing. So these were AWESOME!!! We had so much fun, being that close puts a whole new look at the game.

I heart D Will. And can I just say look at the second picturea and Keristinko... he needs a hair cut. Me and the guy I was sitting next to decided he should perm it...I mean why not its already horrible looking what more is a perm!

Yep we are cute!!

So during I think the first quarter on the jumbo screen RC Willey put up a thing that said to go to facebook and "LIKE" RC Willey then post on their wall where you were sitting and a lucky winner would be chosen. I said Kelly I am going to do that - winning TV here I come. Kelly said he didn't like doing that stuff becuase then you get txt messages from them for weeks and it annoyes him. Well I can handle a few messges so I went to facebook. Thank you internet on my phone. Then before the half a guy was walking down the stairs and stopped at our row I looked at him and he looked at me and said "Deanna?" I was like YES!! I started to jump up and down because I knew I had won the TV!! OH YEAH!!! So We went up and had to wait for a Rep from RC Willey then we headed down to the court the back way. During half time I got to go in the middle of the floor with my new 32" Sony TV and cheer it up!! And Kelly had missed it!!! I was gone for so long he thought I had went to find my grandpa. So right before I had gone on center court he had left to find me. I got back to my seat and he wasn't there. At least the people around me were excited for me! When Kelly had come back he had gone and got dinner!! he missed me on center court! Oh well I got a TV to show for it. And I got to take it home that night. After the game I got to pick it up. Walking to our car we got a lot of offers to help carry it for us, or show us to other peoples car!

Beauty isn't she? I think she will go nicley on my bedroom wall!

after the game we were on the floor talking to my G-pa and Raja Bell was out talking to the press... we got very close to him!

We had a great date night!! Kairi was wide awake when we went to go get her. I think she was excited for the new TV as well.
