Well thats what Kelly kept telling me ever since we have been married. Well our "little" inside grilling just wasn't doing the trick - not the manly way to cook. So Kelly convinced his parents this last Christmas it was time for a manly grill. Low and behold he got one. Well Since the 1st of December (when we recieved it) it has been a great addition to our living room. It has sat inside our house being a great center piece to our ever lifeless living room. Well with
SPRING officially here I decided it was time to break it out and get that puppy started and grill us some MEAT
(chicken) and enjoy this weather! So I helped Kelly carry it outside and while he did the "manly" thing and cooked outside I slaved inside over the side dishes for our Sunday dinner.

Ahh the first official piece of meat on the grill. Marinated Tequilia Lime and Chipotle Chicken (yes still have that chipotle obssesion)
Finished products - add a little grilled Pineapple on there - could you ask for a better meal?! The meat was so juicy and delicious I can't wait till we can do this EVERY NIGHT!!
