SPROUTS

I grew these babies in this FABULOUS sprout kit. They are delicious!! Took about 3 days to get the taste that I wanted..and now I get to have them on my sandwitches all the time!! YUM!! Thanks to my wonderful mother in law for this awesome present!

I ruined it though for Kelly when they weren't quite done I ate some and said they tasted like grass, now he wont even try them. I got back at him today though. I made Califlower Mash (looks like mash potatoes) he came home from work and good a plate full of my mash..I ruined it though couldn't keep a straight face. He took a little fork taste and spit it back out on his plate. At least I tried to get him to eat SOME kind of veggies. Oh well I'll enjoy my sprouts. Anyone want any? I have PLENTY!!!

8 Months old

Yep it's true she is now 8 months old! how time flies!! Kairi is one busy girl, she crawls all over the house, if its quite I know she is either getting into the dogs food or in the plants. She loves to chase the tennis ball around the house. Outside is her favorite place to be, but it always has been. When she is throwing a fit if you just take her outside its like everything is OKAY! I took pictures in the outfit in the second photo, then decided I hated it, mostly it was the bow it ws just TO BIG for her head I didn't like it. So we changed her outfit and tried again. either way she is just to cute. She loves to hear her own voice. Dada is her favorite thing to say. She is so much fun and everyday is a new adventure with her. She makes me smile, she makes me laugh and really I don't know what I did without her all these years, some days I don't even remember what I was doing when she wasn't here. She has changed my life and I have loved these past 8 months and look forward to many many more with her!

At least this is what one flower bed is saying...

It's that time of year again...weeding!! I dreed it but it's also instant gratification. Wasn't the warmest day but this flower bed was just calling my name. Kairi was asleep so I went outside to get it done, almost done and she wakes up (of course) so she got to come help.

She didn't know what to do at first sitting on the blanket, well as you can see she wasted no time in the dirt she went. My mom says I was the same way, grass or outside never bothered me. I quickly finished up and inside we went... then today this is how I found her

Soon Kairi we can spend many many hours outside...

I don't know about any of you but we have felt the cabin fever this winter, I am more than excited that spring is in the air!!! Kairi and I are going to have so much fun this spring/summer. Can't believe my baby will be 1 in 4 months!!!
