Plunger

I was at Wal-mart the other day and I turned a corner and to my surprise I found this wonderful site - I laughed right out loud and had to take a picture. I actually enjoyed my trip to Wal-mart that day - something that doesn't happen very often! Who would have thought plungers making my day.

Days of 47

Well this past week has been a world wind of emotions - okay not really, just a lot going on!
So Days of 47 the time of year that we celebrate our pioneer heritage. Well Kelly and I decided to celebrate along with the rest of the state. This year we decided to go to the Days of 47 RODEO!!! Oh yeah baby, those of you who know me know that I am far from a cowgirl but I gave it my best. Well when you have the idea to go to the rodeo you have to come prepared; of course you have to have a ticket - CHECK - well then you need to play the part -COWBOY HAT -
Oh yeah baby- has to be pink!

So this is us at the rodeo! All in all it wasn't that bad!

What I don't understand about people who WILLING patcipate in the rodeo. Take this guy for instance - THIS BULL STEPPED ON HIS LEG, ohh after the fact he got bucked off! Umm HELLO does he realize it's a bull with horns, big ones, its the pointy things on the top of his head - and they hurt you! He didn't get the memo

This was the closest I got to riding a horse that day - ride baby ride.

Ohh didn't I tell you all, Kelly is now a model for a new cowboy calendar; its called
"I think my Tractors Sexy"
it's avaliable on preorder now - you can own it for just $19.99 send CC or cash to me.

I still think it's hard to watch rodeos with all those poor baby cows getting jumped on, yanked to the ground by their horns (feels like they are going to break their necks) and tied up. How would the cowboy feel if I jumped on them, yanked them to the ground and tied them up? - wait no one answer that. Okay Rodeos aren't that bad!

To contiune the festivities I ran a 10K with my cousin Kristen. We both did OSM!!! I wanted to finish it less than an hour and we both accomplished that goal. WAY TO GO US!
And after the race we always stay and watched the parade, it was just a little warm this year but it was a pretty neat parade. I heart parades

They had TONS of soldiers marching in the parade, we all stood and cheered them on. They were chanting something but we were all cheering so loud it was hard to make out what they were saying! !

Thanks for keeping us free soldiers!!!

Saw President Monson, he never looked in our direction - to many people. Guess next year I'm just going to have to scream louder!
Love the Days of 47, next year everyones going to have to join us in all the fun! - YEEHAW!!

There I'm blogging now, HAPPY!

Okay so I'm not sure what to do with this whole blogging thing but I made a promise to my friend Amy that I would blog with her since she now lives so far away - HAPPY AMY?!!!

I don't know how exciting this will be, or if anyone will read it but who cares - I sure don't!

This is just the many of boring things I will blog about but heed not I will post some pictures tomorrow - its been a crazy busy week and surprising enough I'm actually excited to tell everyone about it (well those that will endure my endless blabbering).

Until tomorrow - be prepared to be dazzled!
